When did you join Lobster?
Describe your role in a nutshell...
I work within the Lobster Client team, supporting clients in delivering shopper marketing campaigns within retailers. This is from campaign planning to media buying through to evaluations of these campaigns. A big focus of my role is to help clients in improving their shopper marketing capabilities through using our Shopper Marketing tool Plan-Apps to shape a campaign, choosing the right touchpoints which align the overall strategy and gains a positive return on investment for clients.
Tell us what you enjoy most about working here?
My colleagues! Since joining Lobster and SMG, I have felt really welcomed into the team and company. Everyone is really helpful and chatty so it’s a great environment to work in.
What aspects of your role keep you challenged and curious?
In my role at Lobster, I am able to work on a number of client projects which means everyday is different and I am constantly learning new processes and ways of working.
Which of the four SMG values resonates most with you and why?
The SMG value that resonates with me the most is ‘stay hungry’. I think it is important to be continuously curious and eager to learn, develop and improve personally and professionally.
What is the most useful piece of advice you've received since joining SMG?
No question is a silly question. Don’t be shy to ask anyone a question as everyone is so willing to help.
